We are looking for a new Customer Service/Office Admin based at our Auckland Head Office. Supporting our Buying and Head Office Team, this role will be responsible for:

- Online customer service, support & sales.
- Retail support
- Warehouse support
- Stock management/receipts
- Warranty management
- Other office/admin duties

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our high performing head office team, gaining exposure to different facets of our business and providing opportunities for growth. The ideal applicant will:

- have strong written and verbal communication skills
- be computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- have worked in a customer service role previously (either retail or similar)
- have exposure to retail systems (ideally Ontempo)
- an interest in skateboarding or snowboarding is an advantage

The ideal applicant will have a strong interest in skateboarding or snowboarding, be outgoing with strong communication skills and have a willingness to learn. Around 8 - 15 hours per week. Weekday and weekend shifts available.

Must be available for weekend and late night shifts.
